This ruler can be used to create fun, modern alternating rectangle that creates an intriguing border. Or you may use your finished binding with a gathering stitch at the base, and create a beautiful bud or flower. Simply place two pieces of fabric like sides together, and trace the ruler edges and centerline. Sew on your trace line and cut down the center line of one of the two sewn pieces of fabric. Invert all seam allowances using the heat resistant PUSHER, and press for crisp rectangular edges. You can machine sew this binding onto your project for a cute, quick and easy border or binding.
